CXWT Special Mesh Rapier Loom
This loom is designed for weaving special mesh fabrics including heavy-duty press mesh, desulfurization mesh and heavy-weight environmental filter mesh. Applicable polyester monofilament diameter ranges from 0.3 mm to 1.2 mm; maximum reed width reaches 6.3–7.5 meters. Custom special mesh looms are available according to customer requirements.

Applicable to solid-liquid separation industries such as power plant wet flue gas desulfurization, tailings treatment, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and environmental protection. Applications include filter pressing of municipal domestic sludge and various industrial sludge, pulp squeezing in paper mills, concentrated fruit juice pressing, anti-static material conveying, alkali-resistant & high-temperature resistant conveying, as well as other special industries.
Main applicable equipment: Belt Filter Press, Rubber Belt Vacuum Filter, Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter, Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter, Vertical Filter Press and various pulp washers & other filtration equipment.
Main application scenarios: Filter pressing for materials at operating temperature up to 100℃ with alkali content ≥20% sodium hydroxide, and other industries requiring high tensile strength and excellent wear resistance.

Anti-static Mesh: Mainly used in chemical fiber production, dry papermaking, mesh belts for continuous fiberboard presses and continuous prepresses, and industries requiring conductive and anti-static material conveying.

Pulp Washing Mesh: Mainly applied to horizontal belt pulp washers, vacuum pulp washers and drum pulp washers.

Sludge Dewatering Mesh: Mainly matched with Belt Filter Press, Rubber Belt Vacuum Filter and Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter. Suitable for filter pressing of municipal domestic sludge and all types of industrial sludge, paper pulp squeezing, concentrated fruit juice squeezing and other special industries.
Features: Adopting herringbone mesh belt design, it enables fast sludge separation from the mesh, prevents sludge adhesion, achieves high sludge output, and features easy cleaning and fast, convenient splicing.
