Shipment of 12.5m Heavy Duty heavy duty paper bottom net loom 

        Recently, our company has completed manufacturing and commissioning of the 12.5 m heavy duty felt base mesh rapier loom, which has been successfully dispatched to the customer’s site. Specially developed for weaving high strength selvedge paper making felt base mesh, this equipment is well suited for circular base mesh fabrics, serving as core large scale weaving machinery for the paper making fabric industry.

      This loom is compatible with polyester monofilaments ranging from 0.1*0.5 mm, as well as 0.2 mm×6 ply yarns. Its weft density ranges from 50 to 360 picks per 10 cm, and warp density from 60 to 180 ends per 10 cm. The reed width ranges from 10000 mm to 20000 mm, and the delivered unit features a working width of 12500 mm. It runs at an economical speed of 25*30 rpm, with total installed power of approx. 40 kW and total machine weight of around 80 tons. Due to its large dimension, special requirements are needed for production, hoisting and logistics.

       It is equipped with proven and mature structural configurations. The main wall plates adopt castiron box type construction mounted on an integrated base frame. Dual motor bilateral coaxial transmission is fitted with dual pneumatic clutches and elliptical gear speed change mechanism. The shedding system applies bilateral multiarm shedding with 12 harness frames. Weft insertion adopts hydraulic picking mode with bilateral 2×2 shuttle boxes for shuttle change and weft selection. Beatingup is realized by multi section split combined 4 bar linkage crank beatingup mechanism. Electronic controlled 3 roller positive take up is adopted, with upper and lower rollers driven by independent servo motors. Electronically controlled positive let off supports single warp beam and split beam warping process. The mesh winding unit is driven by independent stepper motor for off machine winding. Lubrication combines automatic grease lubrication and manual refueling. The whole machine is equipped with PLC programmable automatic control system, which allows free parameter setting, automatic fault stop and fault display, delivering high automation and stable performance to lower operation difficulty.

        After delivery, this heavy duty rapier loom will help customers improve production capacity for paper making felt base mesh and circular base mesh fabrics, and meet quality requirements for high strength industrial textiles. Our technical team will provide onsite installation, commissioning and operator training to ensure quick commissioning and production startup.
