1. The Dryer Fabric Paper Making Rapier Loom should be tested for empty load after installation. The time for the host to idling the test machine should not be less than 1 hour; the main machine can run smoothly with slow operation.
2. The supporting equipment of the High-Density Paper Making Rapier Loom should also be turned on at no load, and then used after normal operation, and then observe its operation effect without abnormal noise and vibration.
3. The test operation time of the load operation is not less than 8 hours. After the paper machine works normally, there is no abnormal noise in the whole machine. There is no air leakage at the connection of each pipe. After the test machine is tightened again, the pipe connection can be put into normal use. Gas, air, heavy oil, petroleum, chemical and pharmaceuticals are all applicable.
