          Specialized for circular woven blanket base mesh, the DW200-2200 loom is suitable for producing wide-width, high-strength and high-density industrial base mesh. With stable structure, high tensile strength and excellent wear resistance, the woven base mesh is widely used in papermaking blankets, industrial conveyor belt substrates and filter materials, serving as a key equipment for high-end industrial textiles.

Production & Quality Control

          Integrating years of core technologies in heavy-duty looms, the equipment took several months from design to roll-off. Key components adopt high-strength alloy materials and precision processing, ensuring high structural rigidity and stable operation under high-speed and heavy-load conditions. Each unit undergoes strict multi-procedure inspections and simulated operation tests before delivery to meet all performance standards.

Shipment & Installation

          The equipment was shipped from Shijiazhuang headquarters recently, accompanied by an experienced technical team that launched on-site installation immediately. A detailed installation plan was pre-formulated based on the customer’s on-site conditions to ensure fast and accurate positioning.

Commissioning & Trial Operation

            After installation, the technical team completed joint debugging of the electrical system, tension control system, shedding mechanism and take-up mechanism. Trial weaving results show stable equipment operation, with base mesh products featuring uniform weft density, consistent width and neat edges, all indicators exceeding customer expectations.
