            The CXWG1100 high-speed wide-width multi-layer mesh rapier loom has passed trial operation and is ready for delivery. Custom-built for weaving polyester forming fabrics in the papermaking industry, this machine produces single-layer and multi-layer polyester forming fabrics for paper production, compatible with polyester monofilaments ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.8 mm in diameter.

             Boasting outstanding processing performance, the loom features an adjustable weft density of 100~1200 picks per 10cm, a reed width spanning 5500mm to 12800mm, an economical rated rotational speed of 40 revolutions per minute, and total installed power between 20kW and 40kW. Constructed with cast iron box-type frames and dual-side novel reluctance motor coaxial drive, it is fitted with servo rapier weft insertion, segmented crank beating-up, and full-servo take-up & let-off assemblies. Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, the equipment supports customizable parameter setting and automatic fault detection & shutdown. Combined centralized automatic and manual lubrication greatly cuts maintenance costs, significantly improving the weaving precision and mass-production efficiency of papermaking forming fabrics.
